Order Cancellation: 

Please contact us first for refunds or cancellations. We strongly recommend that you contact us before contacting your bank or Paypal as their dispute process is considerably longer than if we are able to process your refund directly.

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after your order is received with no cancellation fee.

Orders cancelled between 24 hours and 48 hours after your order is received will incur a 30% cancellation fee. 

After 48 hours your order may not be cancelled as your item will have already shipped out from our warehouse.

You may apply for a return when the item arrives (see below). 

Order Returns:
An item may be returned if you contact us within 60 days of its delivery date, as registered by USPS or similar. 
You will be required to return the item with tracking and on receipt of the ring we will refund you for the returned item's purchase price. We will also reimburse you the shipping cost through paypal. If you do not have paypal available, then we will reimburse you via store credit of equal value to the shipping cost.

Please note that complimentary items are non-refundable.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please email us to arrange returning it to our Head Office, and we will either arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or give you store credit according to your preference.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

For products covered by a limited lifetime warranty, we will replace any non-complimentary ring suffering from loose or chipped stones.

If stock is available, the replacement ring will be the same design and size as the original. If no stock is available or the design has been discontinued, the customer will be given the choice of choosing an available ring of their choice of equal or greater value than the replacement.

Please note that the limited lifetime warranty does not cover tarnishing of gold plated products. There is also a maximum of 1 replacement for products under this policy. Further replacements will incur a replacement fee of $30 USD. If the item is no longer available, then we will offer you a choice of a ring of equal or greater value.

All warranty cases will require the defective ring to be returned.


We do not offer refunds on promotional products or their shipping and handling costs.
